A visit to the museum

Visit the Norblin Factory Museum. Below you will find useful tips for planning your visit including access, opening hours and ticket prices.

Our facility is part of the revitalised mixed-use Norblin Factory complex. You will get all necessary information about the museum at the Tickets & Info point located in Ludwik Norblin Street.

How to get here?

The Norblin Factory Museum is located in the heart of Warsaw’s Wola district, between Łucka, Żelazna and Prosta Streets. In close proximity to the ONZ Roundabout and Daszyńskiego Roundabout, it can be reached by all means of transport: by bike, by car, by bus, by tram and by metro.

If you decide to reach the Norblin Factory Museum by bike, you will have no problem parking it. The Norblin Factory offers 40 bicycle racks located at each entrance to the complex and a public, underground, automatic and free bicycle parking facility located between the Piano Bar and MOXO buildings on the side of Prosta Street. You can use it by means of the Norblin Factory app.

Car

Nearly 500 parking spaces are available for our guests in the underground garage on levels -2 and -3. The entrance to the car park is from Prosta Street.

Opening hours

The Norblin Factory Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On Mondays and public holidays, our facility is closed to visitors. Any changes to the museum’s opening hours are published on our social media profiles.

Prices

The Norblin Factory Museum is no ordinary museum where exhibits are fenced off by ropes and visitors have to follow a narrow route. Our facility has an open character. What does this mean? Virtually everyone who crosses the gates of the Norblin Factory can immediately feel the history of the place, admire its architecture, old machines and equipment, sit on a bench that used to be a factory trolley for transporting prefabricated elements.

For those who want to know the detailed story of the site, we recommend paid tours available in three different options: individually with the mobile app, with museum prints, and with a guide. Below is a detailed price list of the available tours.

With museum prints

Children love active sightseeing. With our “Family” museum prints, a trip to the museum will be a great adventure. Look for our exhibits, solve puzzles and riddles. There are three tour themes to choose from, which can be adapted to your interests. A tour with the prints can be easily interrupted for a meal or other activities offered by the Norblin Factory for children.

Visits can take place during the Norblin Factory Museum’s opening hours.

With audio guide

The Norblin Factory mobile app has a section dedicated to the Norblin Factory Museum. Here you will find, among others, a general tour for the whole family using an audio guide read by Katarzyna Łaska… yes, the one who performs the Polish version of the iconic song from “Frozen”: “Let It Go”. This tour includes 20 stations marked throughout the Norblin Factory with a headphone symbol. The tour of our museum is an urban game!

Don’t worry about time, the ticket on the app is active for 4 hours.

You can have a delicious lunch in the restaurant area or a good cup of coffee during the tour.

With a guide in period costume

Finally, a real gem! We recommend a guided tour of the Norblin Factory Museum led by our guides: actors playing the roles of the former owners of the Norblin Factory, Ludwik Norblin himself, his business partner Teodor Werner, and Albertyna Werner who was the former’s sister and the latter’s wife. This tour combines elements of all the trails available at our museum and is a great choice for families with children. Young visitors up to the age of 7 years get free admission.
